Echo graduated from Texas Woman's University in Houston with a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1989. She initially worked with adults but always wanted to work with children. She moved to Spokane in late 1990 and has been working with children ever since. She started a private practice clinic in 1996 with a partner, sold it to another company in 1999, and was manager of that clinic until 2009. At that time, she purchased the clinic back and named it Center for Pediatric Therapy. She is a proponent of continuing education and has taken many courses over the years. These include the 8-week pediatric and 3-week baby NDT (Neurodevelopmental Treatment) courses, Kinesiotaping, pediatric electrical stimulation, Total Motion Release for children, and developmental orthopedics to name a few. She is NDT certified. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.
